Our success stories continue!  In part 3 of the series, Jenn Baker of Sheridan Pennsylvania shares…

Jenn Baker is the Production Control Manager at Sheridan Pennsylvania’s Digital Department. Jenn processes all work coming into the Digital Department, including Print on Demand and initial print orders. She also creates the shift schedules and assists other departments with questions about digital work.

Jenn first came to Sheridan in 1999 as a college intern for the Sales Department. As a student, she assisted the Sales Secretary and the Secretary to the President on many projects, worked on numerous reports, and helped in the upkeep of the Sales database. When the internship was over in 2000, Jenn was hired fulltime as an Account Manager.

For the next ten years, Jenn excelled in the Account Management Department, then saw an opportunity to move into the rapidly growing Digital Production Department, where today, she serves as Production Control Manager.

Jenn credits the good relationships she forged at Sheridan with co-workers that opened doors for her continuing advancement. “I love the people. The relationships I have made with my fellow coworkers at Sheridan is what makes coming to work all the more enjoyable.”

As far as what makes Sheridan a world-class company, Jenn has one comment:  the employees.

Her advice for anyone considering a career with Sheridan: “Never doubt that you can do any task or job requested of you. We have the best resources at Sheridan PA, the employees, who are always willing to help. Establish relationships with other coworkers to help further yourself and your knowledge.”
