Co-Mail

Co-Mail - Books, Journals, Magazines, Catalogs, Article Reprints | The Sheridan Group

Think you’re too small to co-mail?

Co-mailing – the process of achieving distribution density by mixing mail from multiple sources to produce efficient, USPS carrier-route packages – can yield savings in mailing costs.

Not so long ago, only large-circulation publications could take advantage of presort discounts for co-mailing. To generate discounts high enough to cover the costs and still provide savings, there has to be enough mail going to the same place at the same time.

In order to offer our short- to medium-run customers the same benefit, we’ve partnered with ALG World Logistics to provide a state-of-the-art co-mailing solution.

Because co-mailed magazines enter the mail stream close to their ultimate point of delivery, thus bypassing most of the handling by the USPS, benefits include:

  • Net postage savings for the vast majority of our customers
  • Controlled and very reliable delivery schedules
  • Magazines that arrive at their destination in better physical condition
  • The ability to track your mail all the way to the USPS entry point

We’re excited to be able to bring you the latest technology, the most capacity, the most flexible schedule and the most proven co-mailing and distribution service available today.
