Our Author Reprint Management Service is designed to facilitate processing reprint orders for authors without tying up your staff's valuable time.  This program allows you to offer a quality service and it doesn't cost a cent.  The modest fee for our billing and management service is built into the author's reprint price.

Getting started is quick and easy:

• Publisher determines the markup percentage to apply to the reprint cost.
• Sheridan adds a modest billing/reporting fee.
• Sheridan designs or creates the order form, free of charge.
• Author receives ordering options with proof cycle.
• Author submits order to Sheridan with payment.
• Sheridan holds the order on file until the article has been published.
• Order is processed and shipped.
• Sheridan sends monthly or quarterly report to publisher, accompanied by a profit check.

To make the publisher's job even easier, we include an 800 number on the order form so that authors can inquire about costs or delivery dates.  And, with our online option, authors can place orders via the Internet using an electronic order form linked to your website.  What could be easier?
