Born out of a need for more robust journal production services for the journal customers of Dartmouth Printing Company and the Sheridan Press, Dartmouth Journal Services was founded in 2002 to serve the editorial and composition needs of the scientific, technical, and medical journals publishing community. Located in scenic Waterbury, Vermont, we specialize in copyediting, technology research and innovation, and editorial and composition services for the scholarly journal market.

As an independently managed member of The Sheridan Group, we have the resources of a very large company yet maintain the focus needed to provide our customers with a smaller company experience. We have the capacity and flexibility to exceed service and schedule expectations when we identify the right fit.
