The Sheridan Group, located in Hunt Valley, Maryland, was formed in 1988 to oversee and grow the successful print and publishing services portfolio of companies that exists today. Although each company operates independently to allow a higher level of responsiveness to customer needs, many important synergies exist among all five companies, including: reapplication of best practices, shared financial resources and purchasing power, management and technology development, shared specialized services, and redundant capacity.
